Videos are a great real estate marketing tool that allows potential buyers to complete a virtual tour of the property. They can get a digital walkthrough of both the exterior and interior of your listings. Whether it is broken up into smaller clips of camera or drone shots or it is a complete property walkthrough, real estate videos are essential as part of your total marketing package. 

If you supply us with the video, we can apply our post production effects to color correct, replace overcast skies, contrast adjustments, color saturation, and more. Let's explore some of the video editing styles we provide. 

Modern Style Video Edit

With this package, simply upload your various clips of the property. We will use each of the uploaded clips and splice them together to create a single, continuous shot. If necessary, we can cut unnecessary parts or speed ramp the clips to fit to the beat of the music. One thing to note - you cannot upload your own music track if you select the option. 

We will also apply a street address title that will begin 5 seconds from the start of the first video clip and then fade out after four seconds. If you would prefer not to have a transition while the title is showing, make sure that your opening clip is at least 14 seconds long. 

Do you have a pre-roll or post-roll personal branding clip you would like to include? No problem! Please upload these clips when placing your order and we will include them. The pre-roll clip will be a hard-cut transition that leads into the first scene. The post-roll clip will be inserted using a crossfade transition. 

Modern Video Pricing

A 480p, 720p, or 1080p clip will be 30 credits. A 1440p or 2160p, otherwise known as 4k (which is the highest video quality available) is 35 credits. If a video re-edit is required, that will cost 6 credits. 

Classic Style Video Edit

For the classic style video edit package, supply your own audio track in addition to the video files.  We will edit in the audio like you see in the Classic Style sample, including the cross fade transitions. 

An important thing to note is that we will use the full length of the video clips you upload. This means that you should only shoot the length of the scene to what you want shown in the video. 

Our team of editors will decide the best parts to splice the "in" and "out" points of the clip based on how much unsteady movement is present. For example, a 12-second clip may only be between 8-10 seconds if there is shaky movement with the footage.

Like the Modern Style, we can include any pre-roll or post-roll branded clips. We simply ask that you upload these clips when placing the order. 

IMPORTANT: We do not check the copyright with any music uploaded. You are responsible for verifying that you have the right to use the royalty-free music or that you copyright your own music.

Custom Style Edits

Our Custom Style package is the most robust and provides the most creative flexibility. You can provide a sample clip of another video that you wish to emulate. We should be able to match this style given that you were the videographer of the link you provide. We use Final Cut Pro to edit videos, so we will try our best to match the video stylings if it was edited using another program like Adobe Premier. 

With this package, you can write notes to give us specific directions. This helps us include every detail you are envisioning with your listing video. Once you upload the clips, you can then arrange them in the order you prefer.
